What to check in the portrait

01

Each face matches its own photo

Put the seated face next to photo 1 and the standing face next to photo 2. Check face shape, nose, brows, hairline and skin tone. The look adds only a subtle pallor over your own skin tone, so your skin tone should still be recognisably yours.

02

The two people stay distinct

In two-person AI images the faces can start to resemble each other. If the two of you look more alike than you do in real life, or one face has borrowed the other's features, run it again.

03

The right person in the right place

The person from photo 1 should be in the chair and the person from photo 2 should be standing. If they are reversed, first check which photo went into which slot: slot 1 is seated, slot 2 is standing. Swap them only if they were assigned the wrong way round; if they were right, run it again with the same order.

04

The hand on the shoulder

Count the fingers on the standing person's hand and check that it rests on the shoulder rather than merging into the lace collar or the chair. Also check the seated person's hands on their lap or the armrest.

05

Eyes, fangs and smiles

Both people should have crimson eyes and only a hint of small fangs in a calm smile. Look for mismatched eye colours, extra teeth or a smile that has turned into a snarl. Those details are small in the frame, so zoom in.

06

Room and edges

Check that the candelabra stands on its own and does not pass through either person, that the chair back is not fused with the standing person's coat, and that no letters or text have appeared on the curtains or walls. If anything is off, rerun before you change the photos.

Both of you, still you

Each face, hairstyle and skin tone comes from its own photo, so neither of you swaps features.

02

A full vampire pair

A subtle pallor over your own skin tone, crimson eyes and small fangs, in high-collared black velvet.

03

A regal gothic set

A carved chair, a silver candelabra, deep red curtains and soft smoke in warm candlelight.

Questions & answers

How many photos do I need?

Two: one clear photo of each person.

Is my photo private?

Your photos are used to make your image. Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.

Can I use the result commercially?

Check your plan's terms for what you can do with generated images. They apply to your result.

How long does it take?

About a minute. You can leave the page; the finished Vampire Couple Portrait image is saved to your assets.

Who sits and who stands?

The first photo is the person seated in the chair and the second is the person standing behind with a hand on their shoulder. Swap the photos to swap places.

Does it have to be a couple?

No. It works for any two people who have agreed to it: partners, friends or siblings. The pose is the same either way.

Is there any blood?

No. The vampire look is a subtle pallor over your own skin tone, crimson eyes and small fangs, with no blood, gore or weapons.
