Moderation Policy
Last Updated: July 6, 2026
Oakgen uses automated moderation, provider safety controls, and human review workflows to reduce misuse of AI generation tools.
Moderation applies to prompts, uploaded media, reference materials, generation requests, outputs, share links, reports, and abuse signals depending on the tool and risk level.
1. Automated Controls
- Prompt and text classifiers for prohibited sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, deceptive, and infringing use cases.
- Uploaded-media checks where supported, including image and video safety checks.
- Provider-level safety systems from underlying AI model providers.
- Generation-route checks before jobs are submitted to model providers.
- Abuse-event logging for blocked, flagged, or suspicious requests.
2. Human Review
Authorized personnel may review flagged events, user reports, public shared content, repeated violation patterns, chargeback or fraud signals, legal requests, and cases involving real-person likeness or voice misuse.
Review is used to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, protect users and third parties, comply with law, respond to payment or provider compliance requirements, and improve safety systems.
3. Actions We May Take
- Block a prompt, upload, request, output, or share link.
- Refuse to return or publish an output.
- Remove violating content from public sharing surfaces.
- Restrict high-risk tools, models, or account capabilities.
- Issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts.
- Preserve and disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
4. Reports and Appeals
Users and third parties can report suspected violations at [email protected]. Include the content URL or share link, the account or creator if known, and why the content appears to violate our policies. If your content was restricted and you believe it was a mistake, contact the same address with the relevant generation or account details.
