Refund Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Subscriptions and credit purchases

Oakgen subscription fees and credit purchases are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law, the merchant of record's applicable buyer terms, or an express offer provides otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights concerning withdrawal, faulty or misdescribed services, unauthorized charges, or payment disputes. Buying or using credits does not by itself waive those rights.

Request a refund or billing help

Contact [email protected] with your account email, receipt or transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or passwords. You can also use the billing-support link on your receipt. We review requests under the terms applicable to that purchase; a request does not guarantee a discretionary refund.

Purchases sold by Paddle

If your checkout and receipt identify Paddle as the seller, Paddle is the merchant of record for that purchase. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply alongside any additional or mandatory rights you have. Request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right through Paddle buyer support or the support link on your receipt. Applicable periods and eligibility vary by transaction and location; this page does not impose a universal withdrawal deadline. Paddle processes approved refunds for its transactions. This section applies only to purchases actually sold by Paddle.

Cancellation and access

You can cancel future subscription renewals in your account billing settings, through the seller's subscription-management link, or by contacting support. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not by itself refund that period. Withdrawal and refund rights remain available where applicable. An approved refund or withdrawal may remove the corresponding credits or end paid access; it does not reduce the refund rights that apply to your purchase.
