What to Include

• The public URL, share link, screenshot, or content identifier.
• The Oakgen username, account, or creator if known.
• A short explanation of the policy issue.
• For copyright, trademark, likeness, or voice complaints, identify the rights owner and the specific material at issue.
• Your contact email so we can follow up if we need more information.

High-Priority Reports

Reports involving child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, threats, fraud, impersonation, or real-person voice and likeness misuse should be marked as urgent in the email. Oakgen may preserve relevant evidence and report matters to law enforcement, providers, payment processors, or other authorities where appropriate or required.

What Happens Next

We review reports, may restrict or remove content, may contact the account holder, and may suspend or terminate accounts for severe or repeated violations. We may not be able to share detailed enforcement outcomes, but reports are used to improve our safety systems and protect users and third parties.
