Trust & Safety
Last Updated: July 10, 2026
Oakgen is a professional AI creative workspace with policy limits, automated moderation, provider safety controls, and human review for abuse reports and high-risk signals.
We design our tools for lawful creative, marketing, product, social, and business workflows. Oakgen is not an unrestricted generator and does not permit adult content, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, face-swap services, deceptive impersonation, fraud, malware, hate, extremist content, or other unlawful misuse.
Moderation Controls
- Pre-provider Oakgen moderation checks before generation jobs are submitted.
- NSFW and child-safety checks on prompts and reference media where supported by the route.
- Safety systems operated by the underlying model providers used for image, video, audio, and text generation.
- Abuse-event logging for blocked, flagged, suspicious, or repeated policy-violation attempts.
- Human review for reports, public shared content, repeat-violation patterns, legal requests, and real-person likeness or voice misuse signals.
Child Safety and NCII
Oakgen strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, and any exploitative or harmful depiction of minors. We also prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, and sexualized depictions of real identifiable people.
Reports involving child safety or non-consensual intimate imagery are treated as high priority. Oakgen may preserve relevant evidence and report violations to law enforcement, payment processors, providers, or other appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
Real-Person Likeness and Voice
Oakgen does not offer face-swap services. Voice cloning is allowed only for a user's own voice or an authorized third-party voice with explicit consent. Celebrity, public-figure, political, fraudulent, harassing, deceptive, sexual, or defamatory impersonation is prohibited.
Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, Oakgen may block a request, refuse an output, remove shared content, restrict tools or models, issue warnings, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with providers, payment processors, law enforcement, or other authorities.
To report harmful content, suspected CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, fraud, copyright or trademark abuse, or other policy violations, email [email protected] with the content URL, share link, generation or job ID if available, account details if known, and a short explanation.
