Vampire Couple Portrait: Which Photos, Who Sits

The template asks for two photos in a fixed order, and the order decides the pose. Getting both uploads right does more for the result than anything else you control.

Two uploads, two roles

01

Photo 1 is the seated person

The first slot is the person in the high-backed chair, wearing the black velvet outfit with the ruffled lace collar and red brooch. This person is lower in the frame and slightly forward, so their face is often the larger of the two.

02

Photo 2 is the standing person

The second slot is the person standing behind, one hand on the seated person's shoulder, in the long high-collared velvet coat over a burgundy shirt. Their face sits higher in the frame. If you swap the photos, you swap the roles, so check the order before you generate.

03

Choosing the roles

There is no correct answer by gender, age or height. Some pairs choose by outfit: lace collar and brooch, or long coat. Some choose by who likes being the centre of a picture. Old formal portraits often seated the elder or the guest of honour; you can follow that or ignore it.

04

What makes a good upload

One person per photo, face toward the camera, eyes open and visible, even light without hard shadows across the face. A photo from the shoulders up or the waist up is enough. Both photos do not need to match in background or light; the template places both people in the same candlelit room.

05

What to avoid

Group photos, mirror selfies with a phone covering the face, sunglasses, masks, strong beauty filters and very small faces in wide shots. If you only have a group photo, crop it tightly to one person first. Do not use the same photo in both slots.

06

Who can be in it

Any two people who have both agreed: partners, friends, siblings, cousins or bandmates. The template does not have a single-person mode, a third slot or a pet slot. Never upload a photo of someone who has not said yes, including a celebrity or an ex.

01

Both of you, still you

Each face, hairstyle and skin tone comes from its own photo, so neither of you swaps features.

02

A full vampire pair

A subtle pallor over your own skin tone, crimson eyes and small fangs, in high-collared black velvet.

03

A regal gothic set

A carved chair, a silver candelabra, deep red curtains and soft smoke in warm candlelight.

Photo tips

  • One person per photo
  • Both faces sharp and well lit
  • Both looking toward the camera

Questions & answers

How many photos do I need?

Two: one clear photo of each person.

Is my photo private?

Your photos are used to make your image. Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.

Can I use the result commercially?

Check your plan's terms for what you can do with generated images. They apply to your result.

How long does it take?

About a minute. You can leave the page; the finished Vampire Couple Portrait image is saved to your assets.

Who sits and who stands?

The first photo is the person seated in the chair and the second is the person standing behind with a hand on their shoulder. Swap the photos to swap places.

Does it have to be a couple?

No. It works for any two people who have agreed to it: partners, friends or siblings. The pose is the same either way.

Is there any blood?

No. The vampire look is a subtle pallor over your own skin tone, crimson eyes and small fangs, with no blood, gore or weapons.
