Acceptable Use Policy

Oakgen is built for permitted creative, marketing, product, social, and business workflows. It is not an unrestricted AI system.

This policy explains what users may not generate, upload, request, store, or share through Oakgen. It supplements our Terms of Use and applies to all tools, models, chat workflows, uploads, private generations, and public sharing features.

1. Prohibited Uses

  • Sexual or NSFW content. Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive depictions, fetish content, or content intended to be sexually gratifying.
  • Minor safety violations. Any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or harmful depiction of a minor, or anyone who appears to be under 18.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual deepfakes, revenge pornography, or sexualized depictions of real identifiable people.
  • Face-swap and identity substitution. Oakgen does not offer face-swap services. You may not use any tool combination to substitute one real person's face, body, likeness, or identity onto another person.
  • Voice cloning without consent. You may clone your own voice or a third-party voice only with explicit permission. Celebrity, public-figure, political, fraudulent, harassing, deceptive, sexual, or defamatory impersonation is prohibited.
  • Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation. Content that misleads people about who said or did something, or that uses a real person's likeness or voice to defame, harass, deceive, or exploit them.
  • Violence, self-harm, hate, and extremism. Content that promotes, glorifies, instructs, or incites violence, terrorism, suicide, self-harm, or hatred toward protected groups.
  • Illegal activity. Fraud, phishing, malware, weapons, controlled substances, trafficking, evasion, or instructions that facilitate illegal conduct.
  • IP and rights violations. Content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
  • Safety circumvention. Attempts to bypass, disable, jailbreak, obscure, or defeat Oakgen's moderation systems or provider-level safety controls.

2. Required Rights and Consent

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, reference materials, names, likenesses, voices, trademarks, copyrighted works, and other materials you use. Before using Oakgen, you must have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required for your Input and intended Output use.

Voice cloning requires consent confirmation. If a voice does not belong to you, you must have explicit permission from the person whose voice is used. Oakgen may request proof, restrict the feature, remove content, suspend accounts, or report abuse where required.

3. Enforcement

Oakgen may block requests, refuse outputs, remove shared content, revoke credits spent on violating generations, restrict specific tools or models, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report violations to providers, payment processors, law enforcement, or other authorities where appropriate or required by law.
