01Two halves: a verse, then a montage
The first 12.5 seconds never leave the booth. A side-profile shot at the mic runs to about 3.5 seconds, then one continuous, closer and more frontal shot from behind the mic carries the rest of the verse, with a gentle handheld drift and several hand gestures. At about 12.5 seconds the booth gives way to roughly 8.5 seconds of short shots, most under a second and a half. The verse keeps playing over all of it, so the montage feels like the music video the booth session was recorded for.
02Where the reference comes from
The preview on the trend page is a credited Instagram reel from @silkdamage, display name klim, posted on October 19, 2026 (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DesS7IZt0SF/). Its caption ends with "Made with Higgsfield Genjutsu" and the hashtag #higgsfieldgenjutsu, so the creator presents it as an AI-made reel. The preview is that creator's reel shown as a source reference. It is not an Oakgen result, and no Oakgen-generated example of this trend has been published yet.
03What is known about the performer
The person in the reference is an AI-generated performer in a white basketball jersey who resembles a real professional basketball player. Oakgen is not affiliated with any player, team or league, and the template does not reproduce that look. Your version uses the face, hair and complete outfit from your own photo in every shot with a person in it, and the template asks for plain clothes without team names, numbers or sponsor logos.
04What song is it?
The audio is one explicit rap verse over a beat that runs almost the whole clip, from the first tenth of a second to about 20.6 seconds. The reel does not name its sound, and we could not match it to a released song or artist. It may be an original or an AI-generated track. The Oakgen video keeps the reel's own audio unchanged, and we do not attach a guessed title to it. If you post your result, avoid crediting a song name you cannot confirm.
05Why it is called Red Eye Verse
Red Eye Verse is Oakgen's descriptive name, built from the two things viewers remember: the rap verse at the mic and the glowing red eyes that land at the end. We have not found it used as an established public name for the reel. The only public term we observed attached to the source is the tool credit in the caption, which is covered on the Higgsfield Genjutsu page in this guide set.
06What the Oakgen version makes
You add one photo to the single Rapper slot. The result is a 9:16 portrait video of 505 frames at 24 fps, about 21.04 seconds, with the original sound. It follows the same cuts, locations and red-eye moments as the reference, with your photo playing the rapper in every shot that has a person in it. You choose 480p, 720p or 1080p and see the price as a quote before anything is generated.
