Check Your AI Fight Video Before You Post It, Second by Second

Your Holloway vs Gaethje video is back. This guide is for checking it, not making it: what to look at in each stretch of the 11 seconds, what can sit behind a flaw and the one change to try next. With two people close together for most of the clip, the first check is always that they stay themselves. How to make it is in the how-to guide.

Not quite right? Make another run

Swap one photo, add or change the background, review the quote and make a new 11-second Holloway vs Gaethje video.

Create this trend

Watch it twice

First with sound, to see whether the punch lands where the commentary rises, then muted, to look only at the picture. Compare against the reference clip, not an imagined ideal, and remember that the preview on the template page is the AI reference clip, not an Oakgen result.

Stretch by stretch

Time (about)What to checkIf it is wrong
0 to 1.5 s, the stand-offTwo different people, each in the outfit from their photo, black gloves, no leftover hat or suit from the referenceUse clearer full-body photos and avoid plain-coloured clothes that match the grass
1.5 to 5 s, the exchangePunches go toward the other fighter and the faces stay putA sharper, front-facing photo for the fighter whose face drifts
5 to 6.9 s, the clinchNeither fighter melts into the other or swaps faces or clothesPick two visibly different photos; similar hair or clothes cause swaps
6.9 s, the closer cutThe camera cuts once and both faces are the right way roundRe-run, or change the less clear photo
7 to 9.4 s, the knockoutThe right-hand finish lands before the left fighter fallsA generation error rather than a photo problem; try a re-run
9.4 to 11 s, the groundThe left fighter ends face down on the floor, the right fighter's legs walk pastIf the fighter floats or sinks into the floor, check the background photo's floor

If you changed the background

Look for four things. The floor is level and the fighters stand on it. The place is yours and the camper van and smoke are gone. The light on the fighters is believable for that place. No extra people from your photo appear. Changing the background explains which photos help.

Clothes and gloves

Each fighter should wear the clothes in their own photo, plus plain black fight gloves. If a piece of the reference outfit survives, such as a dark jacket or a hat, the photo was probably too dark or cropped to show the outfit. Retry with a full-body photo in a lighter outfit.

The sound

Your video keeps the reference's fight-broadcast commentary and crowd noise. If the sound is missing, check the file you downloaded rather than regenerating: the sound is added at the end, not generated by the model.

Before you post

Label the video as AI-made, use only people who agreed to appear, keep the caption playful and do not present it as a real fight or injury. Ideas for who to cast and how to caption it are in UFC-style AI fight video ideas and captions.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know my AI fight video is ready to post?

Check six stretches: the stand-off, the exchange, the clinch, the closer cut, the knockout and the ground shot. If the two fighters never swap faces or outfits, the punch lands before the fall and the knocked-out fighter ends on the floor, it is ready.

Why is the original field still in my video after I added a background?

The background is rebuilt from your photo by the model, and the motion guide still carries the original scene. If the camper van or smoke is left, try a wider, evenly lit photo with a clear floor.

Can I regenerate just the clinch?

No. The template makes the whole 11 seconds in one pass, so any fix is a new run at the quote the studio shows. A re-run can repeat the same flaw, so change one thing at a time.

Is the preview video made by Oakgen?

No. It is the AI reference clip the template is built from. Compare your video with the reference rather than assuming they will match.
