Central Cee Doja AI Trend: The Song, the Montage and How to Make It

The Central Cee Doja AI trend turns one photo into the lead of a fast-cut street rap montage set to the UK rapper's 2022 single “Doja.” You do not write a prompt or record anything: the scenes, timing and audio come from the reference clip.

The song behind the trend

“Doja” was released on 21 July 2022 as a self-released single and debuted at number two on the UK Singles Chart, according to Wikipedia. The same page says it went viral on TikTok for its lyrics, which reference Doja Cat.

That reference creates a search problem. “Doja AI trend” can mean the Central Cee song or something about the American artist Doja Cat. This template is built around Central Cee's “Doja.”

The official music video was directed by Cole Bennett of Lyrical Lemonade, per the same page. The Oakgen preview is a different thing: a social-media reference clip, credited on the page, that shows the montage structure to recreate. We do not present it as the official video.

How the montage is structured

Oakgen's Central Cee Doja template follows a roughly 13-second sequence. It moves between apartment steps, a spotlight portrait, street scenes and a group dance finale. You upload one photo for the lead. Background dancers and other extras are not upload roles.

Because the lead appears in several settings, the montage rewards a photo that still reads as the same person in each one. Choose a clear face with even lighting, and a look you would be comfortable seeing in a spotlight portrait and on a street at the same time. The character consistency guide explains what to inspect when an identity shifts between cuts.

Give the montage a story

A montage is a series of short promises. Without a frame, it just looks like a cool clip. A simple caption arc can help:

  1. Steps: “Day one.”
  2. Spotlight: “Nobody believed it.”
  3. Street: “Built it anyway.”
  4. Finale: “Now they're all in the video.”

Add the text in a separate editor after you download the clip, and keep it away from the face. For a longer plan, see how to plan a music teaser with a clear story. If you are deciding between this and a squad or duo format, the solo, duo or squad comparison covers the difference.

Posting notes

The finished video keeps the original reference audio. Check the music policy of the platform where you post: a clip that uses a commercial recording may be muted, limited or removed. The posting labels and music consent guide lists what to check. Label the result as an AI recreation, use a photo of someone who agreed to appear, and do not imply that Central Cee took part or endorsed the clip. Oakgen is not affiliated with him.
