2. Prepare source assets

3. Draft at 720p
Use 720p when the main questions are:
- Does the action complete?
- Does the camera follow one clear path?
- Do the character and product remain recognizable?
- Are hand and object contacts believable enough?
- Does the ending settle?
Keep the draft duration and aspect ratio equal to the intended final. Changing them later can change motion and composition.
4. Repair one failure
Find the first bad frame and change one cause. Do not combine a new source, longer duration, different camera, and rewritten action in the same retry.

6. Choose 1080p or 4K for final

Product-detail review
4K can make a warped hinge, moving label, or false texture easier to see. It does not necessarily create the defect; it may reveal one that a small draft hid.
Compare the source and final side by side at the same visual scale. Check:
- outer silhouette;
- cap, lid, hinge, handle, buttons, ports, and seams;
- material response under light;
- label placement, while planning to replace exact type;
- hand-to-product scale;
- shadows and reflections that imply duplicate objects.
If the final cannot pass product QA, keep it as concept footage rather than claiming it demonstrates the real item.
Character-detail review
Inspect face shape, hairline, ears, jewelry, teeth, fingers, and wardrobe edges. High resolution can expose small identity substitutions around turns or contact.
Do not repair a changed face with aggressive sharpening. Return to the reference packet, reduce the unseen angle, or split the shot.
Text, logo, and claims
Generate a clean surface and add exact type during editing. This applies to product labels, prices, calls to action, medical or performance claims, legal disclaimers, and disclosure labels.
For a packshot, reserve a final two-second hold with the product stable and the hand out of frame. Track the approved artwork onto that hold.
Sound review
Oakgen exposes no Seedance audio-generation toggle. Text-to-video accepts audio references, and provider requests can use endpoint defaults. Inspect the actual returned file before planning around sound.
If sound is present, verify words, voice permission, ambience, music, effects, sync, clipping, and platform loudness. Replace any generated claim with approved audio.
