Your Nicole Kidman Dance video is back. This guide is for checking it, not making it: what to look at in each stretch of the 14-second take, which photo choice can sit behind a flaw, and the one change to try next. The camera never moves, so problems show up in the three dancers rather than in camera work. How to make it in the first place is in the how-to guide.
Make another take
Try sharper full-length photos or a new line-up and make the 14-second Nicole Kidman Dance again.
Watch it three times first
Three dancers are a lot to watch at once. Watch once with sound for the moves and the beat. Then watch twice muted: once following only the center dancer, once following only the two at the sides. Most flaws only show up when you look at one person at a time.

The palms-overhead moment from the reference clip, not an Oakgen output. At about 2.5 seconds your three dancers should hold the same shape, each in their own spot.
Second by second
| Time (about) | What happens | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 3 s | The opening and palms overhead | Each face matches its photo and its spot: left, center, right. Ten fingers per person when the palms meet. |
| 3 to 7 s | The hip-sway groove | Feet on the ground, not sliding. Outfits match the photos, shoes included. |
| 7 to 10 s | The lean | The center dancer's face holds up at close range. The side dancers keep their faces in three-quarter view. |
| 10 to 12 s | The arch and the turn-around | The backs show each dancer's own hair and outfit. The same faces come back, in the same places. |
| 12 s to the end | The final pose | Exactly three people. No bow, no wave, no extra shot. |
Common flaws and what to try
We have not reviewed generated results from this template yet, so the flaws below are ones we expect from the way it works, and the suggestions are untested. Every re-run is a full new generation at the quoted price and can repeat the same flaw, so try a cheaper quality first and change only one thing at a time.
Two dancers swap faces after the turn-around. The turn hides every face for about a second. Dancers with different hair, heights or outfit colours are easier for the template to keep apart. If two of your photos look alike, swap one for a photo with a clearer difference.
Hands merge when the palms meet. Palms pressed together overhead are hard for any video model. That is a generation error rather than something your photo controls; decide whether a re-run is worth the cost.
The center face goes soft in the lean. The lean is the closest view in the video. A sharper, front-facing photo for the center spot gives the template more detail to hold on to.
Shoes or trousers look invented. The low camera shows feet for nearly all 14 seconds. Use a photo that shows the person head to shoes.
A logo on your shirt is missing. The template asks for clothing without readable lettering or logos, so printed text is not carried over. Plain clothes give the closest match.
Someone moves their mouth as if singing. The template asks for closed or smiling mouths with no lip-sync. A photo with the mouth closed matches that instruction better than one mid-laugh.
Before you post
Say that the video is AI-made and use photos only of people who agreed to appear. The palms-overhead moment makes a clear cover. If you post it alongside a real attempt at the challenge, label which clip is which; the Nicole Kidman dance challenge without learning it has more on that. To check the moves against the reference, see Nicole Kidman Dance steps, second by second.
Checking another dance video? Checking a Toosie Slide result covers the solo suit dance, and checking a Mi Chico Dance result the five-person crew.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know my Nicole Kidman Dance video is ready to post?
Check five stretches: the opening to about 3 seconds, the groove to about 7, the lean to about 10, the arch and turn-around to about 12, and the final pose. If every face stays in its own spot, the hands stay whole and nothing is added at the end, it is ready.
Why are we wearing different clothes from the reference?
That is intended. Each dancer wears the outfit from their own photo; the reference clothes are removed.
Can I regenerate just the turn-around?
No. The template makes the whole 14-second take in one pass, so any fix is a new run of the full video at the quote the studio shows, and a re-run can repeat the same flaw. Change one thing at a time.
Is the preview video made by Oakgen?
No. It is the original reference clip of the dance. We have not published an Oakgen result for this template, so compare your video with the reference rather than assuming they will match.
