Your Come Back and Back video is back. This guide is for checking it, not making it: what to look at in each stretch of the clip, which photo choice can sit behind a flaw, and the one change to try next. With two dancers doing the same moves side by side, the most important check is that they never swap. How to make it in the first place is in the how-to guide.
Make another take
Try sharper full-length photos or swap who dances on the left and make Come Back and Back again.
Watch it twice first
Watch once with sound, following the feet: they should land on the beat. Then watch once muted, following only the two faces. A swap usually shows up as one dancer's hair or outfit appearing on the other side of the frame, often during fast steps or the final step-in.

A moment from the reference clip, not an Oakgen output. In your video the Left dancer stands on the left and the Right dancer on the right, as here.
Second by second
| Time (about) | What happens | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 1 s | The opening | Each dancer has their own face, hair and outfit from their photo, on the side you chose. Exactly two people. |
| 1 to 10 s | Bounce steps and hand rolls | Feet land on the asphalt on the beat, no floating or sliding. Hands have five fingers and stay on their own arms. |
| 10 to 11.5 s | Crossed arms | Each dancer crosses their own forearms in an X; the two pairs of arms never merge. |
| 11.5 to 18 s | Arm swings and hands up | Outfits and hair stay the same through the fast swings and body rolls. |
| 18 to 20 s | The step-in | Both step forward toward the camera, still head to shoes; both faces are still clearly theirs as they get bigger. No added ending. |
Common flaws and what to try
We have not reviewed generated results from this template yet, so the flaws below are ones we expect from the way it works, and the suggestions are untested. Every re-run is a full new generation at the quoted price and can repeat the same flaw, so try a cheaper quality first and change only one thing at a time.
The two swap faces or sides. Most likely when the two photos look alike. Two people with clearly different hair and outfits are easier to keep apart.
The trousers or shoes look invented. The template uses the outfit in each photo. A head-and-shoulders selfie leaves the lower half to the AI; a full-length photo fixes that.
A face looks off in the final step-in. The ending brings both faces nearer the camera, seen slightly from below. A sharp, front-facing photo with the whole face visible holds up best.
The crossed arms tangle. The two dancers stand close at about 10 seconds. If their arms merge, a re-run with photos where the arms are clearly visible may help.
Someone opens their mouth to sing. The template asks for closed, relaxed or smiling mouths with no lip-sync. Closed-mouth or smiling photos match that better.
Air-conditioner logos or letters on clothes. The template asks for plain units and clothes without printed lettering. Lettering there is a generation error, not part of the scene.
Before you post
Say that the video is AI-made and use photos only of people who agreed to appear. Use a frame from the bounce steps as your cover so the ending stays a surprise. For the song and the two names of the trend, see Wyw my sweetie dance: the song behind Come Back and Back. Making a costume version? See the Come Back and Back Halloween couple dance.
Checking a solo dance instead? Checking a Toosie Slide result covers the suited dancer by the piano.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know my Come Back and Back video is ready to post?
Check five stretches: the opening, the bounce steps, the crossed arms, the arm swings and the final step-in. If the two dancers never swap, the feet land on the beat, the arms stay separate and both faces hold up as they step toward the camera, it is ready.
Why are we wearing different clothes from the preview?
That is intended. The template has no costume: each dancer wears the outfit from their photo.
Can I regenerate just the ending?
No. The template makes the whole clip in one pass, so any fix is a new run of the full video at the quote the studio shows, and a re-run can repeat the same flaw. Change one thing at a time.
Is the preview video made by Oakgen?
No. It is the reference dance clip. We have not published an Oakgen result for this template, so compare your video with the reference rather than assuming they will match.
