Your Wizard Cat Dance video is back. This guide is for checking it, not making it: what to look at in each stretch of the 17-second take, which photo choice can sit behind a flaw, and the one change to try next. The camera never moves, so problems show up in the dancer and the hat rather than in camera work. How to make it in the first place is in the how-to guide.
Make another take
Try a full-body photo or a different pet and make the 17-second Wizard Cat Dance again.
Watch it twice first
Watch once with sound, looking only at the moves and the beat. Then watch once muted, looking only at the face, the coat and the hat. Most flaws only show up when you look for one thing at a time.

The opening groove from the reference AI reel, not an Oakgen output. At about 2 seconds your dancer should stand in the same place, facing the camera.
Second by second
| Time (about) | What happens | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 2 s | The paw wave | The face is your pet's, not the ginger reference cat. Coat colour and markings match the photo. |
| 2 to 8 s | The chest-high groove | Both paws attached, hind feet on the ground, not sliding. One hat, one bell. |
| 8 to 9 s | The spin | The hat stays on and keeps its shape. The side of the face and the tail match your pet. |
| 9 to 17 s | Kicks and finish | Legs stay attached through the kicks. No bow, no wave, no extra shot at the end. |
Common flaws and what to try
We have not reviewed generated results from this template yet, so the flaws below are ones we expect from the way it works, and the suggestions are untested. Every re-run is a full new generation at the quoted price and can repeat the same flaw, so try a cheaper quality first and change only one thing at a time.
Your pet looks rounder than it is. The reference cat is very chubby. If your pet comes out heavier than in real life, a full-body photo that shows its real build gives the template more to work from.
The markings drift in the spin. The spin shows the side of the body. A photo taken slightly from the side, with the markings visible, may help.
The hat floats or doubles. The template asks for exactly one hat on the head through every move. If it slides off or doubles, that is a generation error rather than something your photo controls; decide whether a re-run is worth the cost.
The dancer opens its mouth as if singing. The template asks for a closed or relaxed mouth with no lip-sync. A photo with the mouth closed matches that instruction better than one mid-yawn.
A second animal appears. Usually a sign the photo had two animals in it. Crop it to the one dancer.
Before you post
Say that the video is AI-made and use photos only of your own pets or of people who agreed to appear. Use the opening wave as your cover. For captions, see Wizard Cat Halloween captions and posting ideas. To pick a better photo for the next take, see the Wizard Cat Dance from one photo.
Checking a two-pet video instead? Checking a Dog Coffee Fail result covers the kitchen clip where the milk ends up on the counter.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know my Wizard Cat Dance video is ready to post?
Check four stretches: the wave to about 2 seconds, the groove to about 8 seconds, the spin, and the kicks and finish. If your pet's face, coat and markings hold, the hat stays on and nothing is added at the end, it is ready.
Why is my pet wearing a hat it never wore?
That is intended. The wizard hat and the bell collar are the trend's costume and are added to every dancer.
Can I regenerate just the spin?
No. The template makes the whole 17-second take in one pass, so any fix is a new run of the full video at the quote the studio shows, and a re-run can repeat the same flaw. Change one thing at a time.
Is the preview video made by Oakgen?
No. It is the reference AI reel. We have not published an Oakgen result for this template, so compare your video with the reference rather than assuming they will match.
