How to Make the Bottle Kick Challenge AI Video From One Photo

The Bottle Kick Challenge AI trend is a slow-burn kung fu fail. One person stands in a sunny courtyard beside two orange juice bottles stacked on a tiled pedestal, practises serious kicks for seven seconds, then lands one kick that sends both bottles flying and rocks the pedestal. You supply the face. This guide goes from choosing the photo to posting, in order. When your video is back, the companion article, checking your Bottle Kick Challenge result, walks through it second by second.

Kick the bottles without kicking anything

Add one photo, review your credit quote and make the 10-second Bottle Kick Challenge with the original crash sound.

Create this trend

What the template gives you

One fixed portrait shot, 10 seconds long, with the original sound. You replace the only person in it, the kicker. Everything else stays: the warm ochre courtyard, the carved wooden window with palm fronds and a brass lantern, the mosaic pedestal, the two stacked bottles, the timing of every kick and the crash.

Reference frame at four seconds: in a sunny courtyard with an ochre wall and a carved wooden window, a man in a guard stance lifts one knee in a side kick beside two orange juice bottles stacked on a mosaic-tiled pedestal

The practice kicks from the reference AI reel, not an Oakgen output. Your kicker stands in the same place at about 4 seconds.

Time (about)What happens
0 to 7.5 sLow kung fu guard, knee raises and small side kicks beside the bottles, dead-serious face to camera, near silence
7.5 to 8.3 sOne sudden kick: the pedestal tips, both bottles fly, a loud crash
8.3 to 9.3 sThe pedestal settles, a bottle drops to the floor, the kicker hops on one leg and turns away
9.3 to 10 sBack to the camera, one foot on the pedestal, a final thud

Step 1: Pick the photo

Use one photo of one person, either you or someone who agreed to appear. What matters, in order:

  1. A sharp, front-facing face. For the first seven seconds the kicker looks straight down the lens, so this is where people will look.
  2. The whole head and hair. The last second shows the back of the head. A photo cropped at the forehead, or a hat, leaves the AI guessing.
  3. Full body if you have it. The joke is in the legs. A full-body photo shows the AI your trousers and shoes as well as your top.

Avoid sunglasses, group photos and heavy filters. The photo is required: the template will not start without it.

Step 2: Decide on the outfit

This template does not dress you in a costume. The kicker wears what your photo shows, so the outfit is a creative choice:

  • Everyday clothes (a shirt, a hoodie, office wear) make the serious kung fu stance funnier.
  • A martial arts uniform or a tracksuit makes the confidence believable right up to the crash.

The reference performer's moustache, topknot, striped shirt and sweater vest are never kept.

Step 3: Read the quote

Open the Bottle Kick Challenge template, add the photo to the Kicker slot and pick a quality: 480p, 720p or 1080p. The studio shows the credit price before you generate. It covers the full video, the preparation of your photo and three scene references made from it. A cheap 480p test is a sensible way to check a new photo before a 1080p run.

Step 4: Check the result

Watch it once with sound and once muted. The things to look for are your face during the practice kicks, two bottles that stay stacked until about 8 seconds, bottles that fall as solid objects, and a clean turn away at the end. The second-by-second checklist covers each stretch and the one change to try if something is off.

Step 5: Post it

Set up the seriousness and let the crash do the rest. A caption like "10 years of training for this moment" over the practice works; a caption that says "watch me fail" spoils it. Keep text at the top of the frame, over the wall, and leave the bottom clear for platform buttons. There is more on that in captions and posting ideas for the kung fu bottle kick.

Say that the video is AI-made, and use photos only of people who agreed to appear.

Frequently asked questions

How many photos do I need for the Bottle Kick Challenge?

One. It is required, because the face in the reference is a real person's likeness and is never kept in your video.

Do I have to kick anything?

No. You upload a photo and the AI does the kicking, the crash and the stumble.

Is there a song in it?

No. The original sound is near silence with faint whooshes, then the crash of the bottles and the pedestal at about 8 seconds. Your video keeps that sound, and you can add music when you post.

What shape and length is the video?

10 seconds, portrait 9:16, one fixed shot.

Is the preview video made by Oakgen?

No. It is the reference AI reel the trend comes from. It is not an Oakgen result.
