The Oakgen AI free trial is strictly limited to one account per individual or entity. Any attempt to bypass this limitation is a serious violation of these terms.

1. Prohibited Actions

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits
  • Using false identities, temporary emails, proxies, or automated systems
  • Circumventing usage limits by any technical or manual means

2. User Agreement

By accessing or using Oakgen AI, you explicitly agree that:

  • Any usage obtained through duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive accounts will be reclassified as paid usage
  • Oakgen AI has full authority to identify, link, and consolidate accounts associated with the same user
  • Oakgen AI reserves the right to immediately charge for all excess usage at standard or applicable rates
  • Failure to comply may result in enforced payment requirements before continued access is granted

3. Enforcement Rights

Oakgen AI further reserves the absolute right to:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate all related accounts without prior notice
  • Revoke all free credits and benefits instantly
  • Block access to the platform and associated services
  • Recover damages, losses, and costs arising from abuse, including legal and recovery fees where applicable

These actions may be taken without prior warning.

4. Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of Oakgen AI constitutes full acceptance of these terms, and users waive any claims arising from enforcement of this policy.
